PACKAGES AND PRICING

18% gratuity and SC taxes are applied to all beverage catering services.

Our packages are designed to be completely hassle free for the client. We will set-up and breakdown all bar areas, perform trash duty and recycling of all bar areas, and bring all essential bar equipment, service ware (plastic stemware i.e., cups, straws, napkins and/or as applicable), bar tools, and bar attendants. However, we may need to have easy access to an electrical outlet(s) for our LED bar equipment, POS System, and/or commercial frozen beverage machines. Frozen beverages will be prepared and made onsite at least 2-3 hours prior to your event to ensure correct consistency during the beverage pour duration. Our services and packages will also include the following:

Alcohol liability, general liability, workers compensation, and commercial vehicle liability insurance, mandated to serve alcohol in the state of South Carolina. As required via the South Carolina Department of Revenue, we are required to hold proper licensing and handle all special event permits required to serve alcohol including beer and wine. In addition, as required via the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, we possess the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification as well as ServSafe Alcohol Certification provided via the National Restaurant Association.

For bar packages, Tipsy AF Mobile Bar and Boutique prices its packages on a typical event, which takes into consideration not every single person will be drinking. On the same token, we do not charge you an extra percentage of big drinkers.

Pop-Up Bar: A pop-up bar is an additional bar with your main hire bar. This is ideal for arrival drink services on a first come first serve basis one (1) hour prior to your event. Add a champagne wall and elegant bar cart to compliment your pop-up bar.

Cash Bar: A cash bar is where attendees buy their own drinks for a set price as they would at any commercial bar. $1500 is required to retain our services.

Tab Bar: Beverages are served from the bar and tallied as consumed. The client can pre-set a total monetary value or designate a timeframe and determine the selections included–value of consumed beverages will be billed at the end of designated time frame and is expected to be paid at that time. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! A minimum $1500+ pre-set total monetary value is required to be paid up front in an effort to book and retain this service, in which amount will be applied to final bill amount. If a credit applies at the end of services rendered, all remaining monies will be
non-refundable and non-transferrable. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Corporate Bar: Apart from customizable mobile bar counters, we can also offer a range of bespoke frozen themed beverages as a form of corporate branding as well as customize LED Bar and Bar Back with logo and/or brand activation. Tickets and/or wristbands will be provided at all corporate events.

Combination Bar: A combination of an open and a cash bar. Combination bars are good choices for host that want to treat their guest but want to control costs or liability by making sure nothing gets out of hand. The open bar is usually set for 1-2 hours and then converts to a cash bar.

Open Bar: An open bar provides unlimited drinks to your guests. This bar is usually set for 1-2 hours. On average, you can estimate four (4) drinks per person with two (2) drinks in the first hour and 1 each subsequent hour. $1500 is required to retain our services, in which amount will be applied to final bill amount. Wrist bands will be provided to your guest.

All open bar packages will include the following frozen WINE beverages, which also includes non-alcoholic frozen beverages.

An all exclusive package catered for corporate entities and events. Call for pricing.

Maximum 50 guests.
Choice of hire of our cocktail or treat cart.
Choice of 1 or 2 hour hire/service time with bar attendants to serve.
Bottomless frozen slushies, choice of two (2) flavors and one (1) frozen alcohol flavor for adults.
Garnish station with lollies, assorted candy, and fresh fruit.
Cups, straws, and napkins.
Celebration themed birthday cake and dessert/treat table and set-up to compliment guest count. *Desserts/treats/cake are at the discretion of owner but will compliment inspiration theme and style*.
Decorations to the theme. We’ll organize the napkins, straws, cups, menu and even add some fun features to make the cart pop and fit with your party theme.
Balloon garland around the cart.
A-la-cart items may be purchased in addition to your party package.

Tipsy AF Mobile Bar and Boutique offers mobile beverage catering services with its concession trailer, along with an ahhh-mazing variety of gourmet desserts as an option that are perfect for festivals, corporate events, sporting events, and etc. Mobile caterers provide your guest with a variety of options to suit a plethora of tastes. Our concession trailer can provide assorted equipment to serve frozen wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages cold and in style!
